In the second panel- Akamaru looks like Mr. Tadakichi!! XDTHIS IS WHAT HAPPENS:
Every Morning Kiba's alarm goes off. Kiba promptly back hands it off the table. He then rolls onto Akamaru who takes him to the breakfast table where his cereal awaits. However, Kiba is too tired to eat, so Akamaru tries to feed him. Akamaru fails miserably. Kiba gives up, falls out of the chair and eats Akamaru's munchies. Yum yum yum.

My theory on the No dad thing is that Kiba's Dad is really Kuromaru [the wolf/dog with the eye patch.] is Kiba's papi. Thats why whenever you see him with Kiba's mom, Kuromaru is smiling. He's just like "AWWW YEAH I FUCKED YOUR MOM!"
