I'm playing Oblivion until I get a better computer. I currently have 2 sets of daedric armor, 1 set of imperial, a set of ebony without the helmet and gauntlets and enchanted glass armor without the helmet. The enchantments on the armor are 3x chameleon, hand to hand and shield. Also the rings I have both have chameleon, so that makes for 100%. Only time NPCs look at me is when I talk to them. I can go up to their face and they don't see me.
Well, there's also the imperial guards who stop criminal scum when you pickpocket. They can see criminal souls.
