Description
This one may not be a character a whole lot of people would remember. A while back I use to draw pictures of a foxgirl in a similar shirt, only with ripped up pants. I never had a solid name for her, so I called her "Anarchy Chick" for a while until I settled to Wulfe, which later became Gwen.

Yeah, I wasn't sure what I was thinking neither. But now, this is Gwen, a female white rat who dyed her fur green to be more punkish.
