This is a comparison shot of a sign I plan on printing out and placing in the real world.On the left is an "official" sign, on the right my work. I think it will fool enough people for long enough

I think you need to add a bit of blur, maybe some grain and color correct the your added element (add a bit of blue) as well to better integrate the 'ministry of magic' layer into the rest of the image.
