I make it a point to keep at least extra 4 rolls within arm's reach in the toilet. I was severely peeved very often at my boyfriend's old apartment in which there wasn't any suitable places to store extra rolls...

Yeah we did that at our place kinda. We used to put in the bottom drawer next to the toilet but then I bought this kick ass thing that's like a metal rack that hangs on the side of the tank! it holds 4 rolls! really nice when you share a house w/ crazy ppl
