In the not so distant future we observe a woman who appears having her bionic feet tickled. Actually it is a special calibration process which must be done daily or weekly (depending on the model and daily usage) in order for the feet to work properly. The procedure takes almost an hour to complete and involves a special calibration device and a human touch. The device tunes the synthetic nerves in the foot and a human tests the sensitivity of the the nerves by tickling the foot. If you could get a good long hearty laugh out of the patient, the calibration is successful.
