Description
This is Dodger from "Oliver & Company." It's a very old image of mine that I decided to work with. I did the orginal sketch like 6 years ago, so I think it's safe to say that I have improved on the actual drawing of this character.I also tried some new paintbrushes in PaintShop, so I did get some practice in. But most of the editing was done in PhotoShop. Background comes from PhotoShop.
