In that case u better add another chair!
The one chair emphasizes the 'waiting' impression, while a bench or rather 2 chairs emphasizes a more cozy feeling regarding 2 people sitting together enjoying the lovely surrounding + maybe a table to enjoy some drinks to extend the enjoyment of the products of nature.
Well, that's just me talking away, I'm sorry ... ^^
