Chapter: *Till Death do we Part*

“Isn’t today the day Asmodeus...?” Carina asked after a moment of silence but trailing off, she and Annie watching Cole and the others while they were at school.

“Yeah...” Annie stated slowly.

“...Lucifer won’t be happy.” Carina said, Annie nodding as they waited for Asmodeus’ clock to hit zero.

~After School ~

As Harrison was heading home alone since Karin had something she had to take care of he didn't bother to ask so he just started his Ipod up and just left the outside world to its ways, Harrison began thinking on times passed and times to come with his brother “ruling” in hell and Celest's father being his wrath of god self causing this war of creation which still no winner had been shown and all cause of a disagreement on opinions.

“Grandfather must have had one hell of time dealing with this shit but then again he had more control of...well everything.” Harrison thought to himself as he reflected on how weak he was the powers that he had all seemed pointless to him his brother had always had the advantage in strength and leadership, unlocking his true form long ago when minor skirmishes were a coming thing and he had time with father many time he was Favorited for the throne.

“I will rule Hell or damn near try.” Harrison though to himself with more confidence.
As he walked on he grabbed his pocket watch from his jackets inner pocket doing so caused a massive dispersion of concentrated electric energy granting him a vision of the future.

The clouded field of battle, the smell of blood thickly mixed into the orchestra of battle the sounds of Celestials and Demons dieing all around, the vision of carnage filled Harrisons mind as he observed the onslaught he could make out a slight figure in the distance a armored warrior armed heavily with a army or demonic constructs on his flank the field came to a silence as the horde appeared all looked towards the new foe the feeling of dread shown on all that witnessed this, before Harrison could get anymore information he was brought back to the current timeline as he neared his home.

As he neared a figure in the shadow tailing Harrison for the entire walk continued to stalk its prey as it waited for the opportunity to strike, the figure caught a break as its target stopped not moving at all.

“Now is my chance to destroy this accursed Demon.” Kathy thought to herself as she moved closer to her target. Since she hadn't caused any tension between her and Harrison he shouldn't expect her to assassinate him, even if he did he barley could defend himself and he was never that bright as she approached him she called out to him.

“Hey Harrison.” She said not receiving a response she creped closer growing suspicious of the possibility that this could be a trap. She tapped his shoulder when she got to him she looked into his eyes seeing the normally brown chocolate eyes a lifeless black and as she staired his eyes suddenly changed back.

Harrison not expecting someone to be in front of him looked shocked to see none other than his brothers girlfriend.

“Ah....um...Kathy was it.” Harrison asked with no wonder as why she was here.

“Yes it's Kathy i was hoping to have a word with you...alone.” Kathy responed with a slight smile.

“Oh do you know, so what does the lovely Kathy want with me?” Harrison questioned with a smirk as he leaned forward slightly as he did dwarf her.

“I'm sure it would be more appropriate to speak inside i presume this is your home?” She responded with a seductive tone gesturing to the house beside them.

“Very well then come on in Karin should be along soon so hope what you have to say doesn't take long.” Harrison replied as he turned his back heading to the front door.

This was too easy as she readied her fire spell to incinerate this Demonic fool and to think he is a prince of Hell how pathetic the Celestial will destroy these Demon filth once and for all.

“Ignis!” Kathy called suddenly as she propelled her self away the flames shooting towards Lucifer ready to incinerate him removing his presence from this plain of existence.

“Potenz über flüssig, Schauer des Arktisch und Dunst des Friedlich, auffahren die einige stehend in mein Weise!” Came the voice of Karin, a shield of water appearing in front of Lucifer dispating the massive inferno assault him unfortunately not completely as some of the flames reached his body.

“Master Lucifer, are you okay?” She asked as she appeared in front of him within the blink of an eye and returning to the form of Asmodeus, as she was stronger in this form.

“A little well done but okay, I figured something was up with her and thanks.” Lucifer said as flames dispersed from his body as he inhaled them.

“So you aren't as dumb as I thought a mistake that I will not make again.” Kathy replied as she readied for combat.

“Oh you wound me my dear, I could have been your everything and yet you just wanted me to be ashes.” Lucifer responded as he reverted to his demonic form.

“There goes what i thought on your intelligence.” Kathy responded.

“Oh well I'm sure Asmodeus can deal with your Celestial ass...nice ass though and decent tits can see what my brother sees in you.” Lucifer commented as he checked her out result in a slap from Asmodeus as this was not the time for those thoughts.

Asmodeus rushed forward as Kathy launched a torrent of flames against her what she couldn't eveade she intercepted with a shield of water. It was amazing the speed at she closed the gap, punches and kicks were exchanged, dodged and blocked between the two as they fought each imbuing themselves with the elemental magic they wielded for what they fought for the trading of blows began to wear at the defences of each yet Asmodeus was clearly beginning to falter even with the advantage of her Demonic form to the Human form of Kathy. A huge collision of magical energy caused a explosive discharge resulting in the air around them causing shock waves to be emitted from the collision of power, as the dust settled they both were still at it punches and kicks continued to be exchanged to a stalemate this showed as they traded blows that Asmodeus was on the losing side as her clothes started to burn slightly away and some of the flesh being singed yet she ignored the pain and kept fighting, Kathy was in no better state her dress was ripped all around her legs and pierced around her upper torso where a few of Asmodeus vine infused punched nearly penetrated they continued their onslaught against one another until they both broke away given them a little breathing room to evaluate on what their next course of action would be.

Lucifer could see the stress the battle was putting Asmodeus through as he watched something caught his attention Annie and her little friend were above watching the conflict. As the battle resumed Kathy launched a cascade of fire shot up from the earth with a blade of light was launched through it collided with Asmodeus piercing into her stomach causing Asmodeus to fall back sliding from the force of the blow until she stopped a foot or so in front of Lucifer.

As Asmodeus got her baring as she could feel the blade start to heat up she shrouded it in a water containment spell as she attempt to remove it.

“I won’t let you...hurt my master...” Asmodeus said determinedly, arising slowly but the blade in her was eating away at the flesh even with her water spell trying to counter act it, and the flames burned more of her clothes and singed her flesh, as she was about to get to her feet she collapsed back clenching that balde as she pulled it out. Kathy pointed her palms towards the demon girl readying her light magic to finish this conflict with the demon girl.

“Now.” Annie yelled from the above from where she was observing the battle, Lucifer hearing her moved into action moving towards Asmodeus reaching down to the blade absorbing it into his palm, causing Asmodeus to cringe as the blade was removed.

“Well this has gotten out of hand, you have had your rounds with her now you face me Celestial.” Lucifer stated readying for what ever she had.

“You. HA you can barley do anything as it is you wish your death swift then by all mean face me Demon spawn i will erase your existence in the name of the Creator.” Kathy taunted as Lucifer approached.

“I'm tired of being the one everyone uses a a punching bag I'm not the runt who needs to be saved all the time. I am a Demon prince and you will not forget that Celestial.” Lucifer said retaliation to Kathy,Lucifer looked over his shoulder to see Asmodeus as she was crouched attempting to repair the damage the blade had caused.

“Vox of lux lucis, temerarius meus lacuna quod adveho, adeo mihi quod of fendo meus hostilis!” Kathy called seen an oppurtunity to strike; a beam of emence light coming from her hands as Asmodeus began to stand up, clearly trying to get in front of Lucifer to shield him.

As Lucifer heard the incantation he turned to Asmodeus.

“ No Heroics now you need to live.” Lucifer said, shoving Asmodeus away form the beams trajectory, the beam cut clear through Lucifer’s core and hit Asmodeus’ right ear. She screamed as the beam passed through and quickly put her hands to cover the ear as she hit the ground. When she pulled her hand away it was covered in blood, her ear completely gone along with the base of it within her skull with part of her skin singed from the beams heat. Asmodeus starred at her blood covered hand in horror.

“So much for the Demon prince and his little Guardian.” Kathy said as she concluded this fight as over. From up above Annie continued to observe until she saw her chance, Annie’s eyes seemed to darken as she starred at Kathy, raising her hand above her head as her hair began to become a familiar pale purple and white wings ripped from her back.

“Restituo animus ut has been sic secus captus ex is vultus, reverto vox animus ut suus somes!” Annie cried out, Carina’s ‘body’ beginning to glow along with Kathy’s. Carina was pulled roughly towards the body and then into it by an unknown force, Annie’s hands falling back to her side. As Kathy’s eyes, which had closed during the process, opened, there was a different look in her eyes.

“It’ll take a while for the two souls to merge properly...until then Aneal’s memories will be locked away, but at least now she will no longer listen to the Creator of Celestial or Celest and instead will listen to Beelzebub.” Annie whispered to herself. Lucifer clearly didn't hear her this time as his eyes were blackened his breath short with the hole in him, he looked darkly at Kathy, Annie’s eyes widening as he stood there the hole in his body showing the flesh within the parts of the organs and flesh still not completely sealed from the beam but black and red armour began to cover Lucifer’s body sheltering the weakened state, and his leathery wings being pulled into his back forming the armour covering it, a black and silver helmet appearing on Lucifer’s head completely shrouding his face in darkness until he opened his eyes, the blood red rage in his eyes shining through as a black battle axe with a spike mace as the pommel, blood red edge of the axe which appeared in Lucifer’s hands.

“Lucifer’s true form...” Annie realised in horror in witnessing his transformation. She knew that Asmodeus dying would cause Lucifer to revert to his true form, but she hadn't thought that her losing an ear and being decently wounded would have the same effect on him but the wound he took would help with that. Kathy unable to react as Lucifer marched towards her the killing intent emanating from him could be felt clearly in the air.

“You die for the transgressions you have committed against I the true king of Hell may the pits accept you.” Lucifer bellowed as he moved to bring his axe down on her head splitting her in half.

“Levitas!” Annie called suddenly, a lightning bolt falling from the sky hitting Lucifer as his axe was only a few inches from Kathy’s head. He stopped himself immediately though he didn’t know of to what purpose he halted his execution of the one that nearly killed him, though Annie highly doubted her spell had actually effected him she was happy at his halt of Kathy’s death.

“...That has gotten old, it doesn’t do anything anymore... so why do you stop me can’t you see I’m in the middle of something here?Asmodeus just about lost her life and now Aneal is to get away with it unscarred!?” Lucifer yelled in his rage at Annie.

“A few things Lucifer. First, Aneal clearly was not in her right mind, and had a different soul in her body. Her true soul has been returned to the body, though the merging of the souls will take a bit. Second, yes she is to get away unscarred as it was not really her at all who tried to kill you or Asmodeus. Third, Asmodeus was supposed to die but you just completely messed up the timeline and everything, so thanks for making my life hell when I get it back. And finally, the base of Asmodeus’ ear was ripped out by the light, so if you don’t do something she’ll bleed to death anyway from all her injuries she sustained from her battle with Kathy.” Annie stated calmly.

“I have a few things to say as well but I’ll give you the short run. One; you have made my life a living hell as it is so get used to it and it ain’t that bad, second; I’ve seen the future and it ain’t that great so a little change is always good. Third; so how exactly she get her body back and how are you to get yours back?” Lucifer asked, Annie sighing.

“I used a spell to return her soul to her body...unfortunately my own magic won’t work on me. You’d better do something about Asmodeus by the way; she’s only got so much strength left to reoair what has been done at this point.” Annie warned.

“Oh crap...” Lucifer said, turning to Asmodeus muttering an incantation as he raised his hand Hell’s Fire arose from the earth engulfing her and repairing what damage had been done, and after a few moments it disappeared, her wounds healed.

As Lucifer was repairing Asmodeus's wounds Annie moved to Kathy and had the body teleported somewhere safe until the souls could regain control. Lucifer returned to Kathy to find her gone as he looked over at Annie.

“I will get revenge on that bitch mark my words Annie.” Lucifer claimed.

“You...saved me...Master Lucifer...” Asmodeus said as she slowly stood to her feet clenching her side sightly as the pain was still there.

“Of course I did were would I be without you guarding me?” Lucifer responded.

“Uh...how you feeling after that fight...?” He asked hesitantly.

“Um...it’s a bit hard to hear but...fine beyond that...Master Lucifer...” Asmodeus murmured softly, looking a little afraid of the demon prince’s true form.

“Oh yeah, you haven’t seen me like this before... a give me a minute to change back...now how do I change back again...?” Lucifer asked, Annie rolling her eyes.

“Reverto unus pro mihi ut suus occultus vultus.” She said calmly, her palm pointed at Lucifer. His form changed, the armour disappearing to make him look like the Lucifer before only the hole had been repaired by this true forms armor.

“There.” The pale purple haired girl said simply.

“Wait how the f**k did you do that... can I just say that to change back and forth?” Lucifer questioned.

“Return to hidden form would be ‘Zurückkommen mich meinem verborgen ausbilden’ to you...Return to your true form would be ‘Zurückkommen mich meinem wahrhaftig ausbilden’.” Annie told Lucifer simply.

“Why did you save me Master Lucifer?” Asmodeus asked, no longer fearful since he was in the form she knew, standing slowly.

“Oh well um...” Lucifer trailed off.

“Tell her the truth, she already knows about your ability to-” Annie began, only to be cut off by Asmodeus.

“I heard you say you could see the future...tell me why you saved me...” Asmodeus whispered.

“Oh, you heard all that...crap, oh well, I knew I had to tell you the truth eventually.” Lucifer said.

“Stop buying time and just state the full truth to her damn it! This is getting annoying and incredibly sad to watch.” Annie commanded coldly.

“Coming from the dead spirit with nobody who said not even death can make me escape the drama...” Lucifer stated.

“Stop. Bloody. Buying. Time. And. Admit. To. Asmodeus. The. Future!” Annie growled through clenched teeth.

“Ok, ok, ok, ok, I can see the future cause of Ananchel’s lightning from years of being shocked, I touch a clock when i have enough of a charge and boom I can see the future events that have yet to transpire or not at all.” Lucifer explained to Asmodeus as he helped her to her feet.

“Ok, so you saw my death...that doesn’t explain why you saved me when it is my job to die saving you.” Asmodeus pointed out.

“Well... I kind of liked what I saw in the future which is kind of why you...constantly slap me...” Lucifer trailed off not wanting to confess the truth to her.

“Oh bloody...that’s it.” Annie said, her body glowing as she walked into Lucifer’s body, which also glowed before his eyes became a sort of hazy brown.

“I...I...I...” Lucifer tried to say, Annie trying to control him but he, Lexi, Sean and Jeff fighting her for control.
“I...love you Asmodeus.” Annie said in Lucifer’s body before smirking inwardly and leaving the body
to Lucifer once more.

“Oh headache..., why are you staring at me like that?” Lucifer asked while blushing badly noticing the state of Asmodeus's clothing, Annie floating in front of him and waving with a large grin on her face despite Asmodeus being the one talked to.

“How the hell did you possess me Annie?” Lucifer asked the spirit.

“Ghost thing.” She stated simply.

“You were annoying me with the hesitation and dodging around the blunt truth.” The pale purple haired girl added.

“Well you had no right to possess me and make me say it... even though I probably wouldn’t have said it right away; I’ve always been horrible at stuff like this since everyone despises me and track record with women has been me being electrocuted or attempted to kill me.” Lucifer admitted.

“You would have been dancing around the blunt truth for hundreds to thousands of years to come and you know it Lucifer.” Annie pointed out as Asmodeus disappeared in a swarm of vines.

“Oh, and Asmodeus has decided to leave us.” She added.

“Yeah, I know that but...wait what?! She’s gone...oh great either I just pissed her off or something I don’t know.” Lucifer said as he wondered as to where she would go.

“Actually, more like she doesn’t know how to react. Years of hiding from her own feelings can cause that...trust me, I know first hand.” Annie explained as she hovered next to Lucifer.

“I’m sure you do...why does everything good that ever happens to me never last...” Lucifer said with a sigh.

“You’re going to kill your brother for this but...Asmodeus has had feelings for you since she met you.” Annie said after a moment of thought.

“Awesome wait why would I kill him other than the obvious reasons...she really did, she seemed more to not want to be anymore than my friend.” Lucifer pointed out as he looked back on all the time they had been together when they were younger.

“Because when she found out her feelings she went to Beelzebub to ask for permission to be with you when you two were older, he was already the temporary ruler of hell at this point you see...he was furious that such a lowly Demon would make such a request and an argument broke out...the argument turned to a fight, and soon Asmodeus was lying on the ground half dead with your brother back in the throne. He told her that you still had a chance at becoming something of use to his army of hell, but with a mate like her you’d never be excepted...he also said that things would never work out, so Asmodeus hide her feelings and pretended not to feel a thing...she was badly emotionally hurt, but wanted the best for you, even if she could not be happy with it...she cares about you more than a simple crush Lucifer, always has.” Annie informed him hesitantly, looking pitifully at where Asmodeus had been standing before disappearing.

“But I’d rather be with her and be happy then be on the throne...I can’t believe I just said that, must be true then.” Lucifer said, Annie nodding.

“She’ll probably be in Hell’s Garden...where you two met...go find her, Lucifer.” Annie said kindly.

“Well that’s odd that you know that... and thanks.” Lucifer admitted.

“I had a lot of free time before I met Dar.” Annie said with a shrug.

“Obviously death does give you a lot of free time!” Lucifer exclaimed before leaving in a torrent of flames.

~Hell’s Garden ~

Asmodeus sat in the middle of Hell’s Garden, looking conflicted and confused as she tried to sort out her thoughts and feelings. Lucifer appeared on the outer ring of the rose bushes looking around the corner he caught a glimpse of Asmodeus sitting by the White roses, he started to approach she didn't seem to notice.

“Hey, you alright?” Lucifer asked. Asmodeus jumped, turning to face Lucifer. The blood was still in her hair and her clothes still in tatters.

“Oh...I uh...yeah...I guess...” Asmodeus murmured hesitantly covering herself where she was showing some of her chest.

“You’re cute when you’re flustered.” Lucifer stated, causing Asmodeus to blush.

“I...I uh...well I...um...” Asmodeus stuttered.

“Yeah, I really meant what I said back there and I know you feel the same so please don’t leave.” Lucifer said quietly as he sat next to her putting his arm over her shoulder bringing her closer. Asmodeus blushed heavily but didn’t move away as she felt the warmth coming from him.

“It won’t...it’s not a good idea, Master Lucifer...” Asmodeus said hesitantly as she relaxed slightly looking into his eyes.

“So what, I haven’t had a good idea in millennia.” Lucifer pointed out as he looked to her.

“With me you’ll never be able to...” Asmodeus trailed off with tears forming in her eyes as the word she spoke dug into her heart.

“I know, but I can live with that, I’d rather be with you then be alone on the throne.” Lucifer stated, Asmodeus blushing more.

“I’m broken...the whole no ear thing... i can't protect you” Asmodeus pointed out slowly.

“I’m sorry I couldn’t save your ear but at least you’re alive and that’s what matters to me right now you're alive.” Lucifer said with a smile.

“But-” Asmodeus was cut off by a ticked off Annie who was watching this little soap opera walked calmly into her body from behind without Lucifer noticing. She moved Asmodeus forward to Lucifer before leaving her body. Asmodeus’s lips connected with Lucifer’s while Annie grinned proudly. Asmodeus was in shock for several seconds before pulling back quickly, blushing like a tomato.

“I-I’m so sorry Master Lucifer!” Asmodeus said, looking away but sounding desperate for forgiveness.

“Why you sorry for... I enjoyed it... and just call me Lucifer please...or do I have to order you to?” Lucifer said.

“But Ma...I mean...but I...I can’t just call you by name...that’d be against the rules of a guardian and servant...” Asmodeus explained hesitantly.

“Well, being royalty has its benefits so there’s nothing wrong with you calling me my name.” Lucifer stated.

“Actually Lucifer, if you look far enough back you’ll see that Asmodeus actually has royal blood as well. Very degraded royal blood, but still royal blood. However it was so long ago, by both demon and celestial standards, that you couldn’t possibly still be considered related.” Annie said suddenly, sitting atop a nearby burnt tree.

“Okay... well if she’s royalty then why if she was my mate I would never be on the throne? Also why do you even know this...?” Lucifer asked.

“Because Aneal is more powerful than Asmodeus, shown by the battle not twenty minutes ago, as Asmodeus was in her demon form while Aneal was human and Aneal still won. And I may look like a teenager, a child at the moment, but I am a lot older then you Lucifer.” Annie explained.

“Okay but aren’t demons and celestials not exactly to get along... I know I’ve tried and it only gets you shocked... and yeah, I know you’re a lot older...” Lucifer stated calmly.

“Normally they aren’t, but only the Creator seems to care anymore. Not even the Devil has a problem with your brother’s relationship as long as she’s powerful.” Annie explained.

“I know firsthand as he told me that before he left.” She added.

“Ok good to know, then do you happen to know the exact reason why he left other than the romantic endeavour... also, this is bullshit, how come he can and besides Asmodeus is a lot better than Aneal...” Lucifer said.

“No, I do not know why he left beyond the romantic endeavour your mother sent him on. And, being the Celestial Princess, I’m afraid I cannot agree with you about Asmodeus. You don’t agree either, do you Asmodeus?” Annie asked suddenly, looking straight at the demon girl.

“N-no...” Asmodeus stuttered, looking back at her. She looked confused and perhaps a little scared.

“What was that for...wait, you can see her now...?” Lucifer questioned. Asmodeus nodded.

“She can see me because I took over her body and because she has no real connection to Umbra.” Annie explained calmly.

“Ok now, this is who I have been talking to, I wasn’t just talking to myself...even though I do that anyways...” Lucifer stated.

“Annie.” Annie said simply, Asmodeus nodding again.

“Yeah well...ah...where were we again...?” Lucifer asked. Annie rolled her eyes and chuckled darkly.

“I’m afraid I must be leaving...have to make sure Aneal isn’t going to get herself killed...Asmodeus, the idea I planted in your head while I was controlling you...you should go through with it. See you.” Annie said, disappearing in a ripple of the air.

“Okay I’ve been trying to get rid of her for a while and she just leaves like that... oh well and what else did she say, I was blacked out around the end..” Lucifer grumbled.

“Annie was just suggesting that I teach you to fight...Lucifer.” Asmodeus explained, saying his name with an ever so slight smile.

“Well glad to see you’re saying my name but am I really that weak...?” Lucifer asked.

“You couldn’t beat a magic rabbit Lucifer.” Asmodeus said bluntly.

“I hate rabbits...well teach me then cause...well I obviously am that weak I need all the help I can get... why does it seem like I’m one of the most important people yet I’m useless?” Lucifer questioned.

“Because you are.” Came Annie’s voice from somewhere behind Lucifer, though she was not there when he looked.

“What the... I got to like...get some new headphones... helps with ghosts I say, makes it easier to ignore them... and i do more than you Annie.” Lucifer said calmly.

“Follow me.” Asmodeus said, standing up slowly clenching her side still.

“Hey you want some help there...?” Lucifer asked worriedly offering his shoulder.

“No.” Asmodeus said immediately standing up and engulfing herself in vines vanishing.

“Now is my chance to destroy this accursed Demon.” Kathy thought to herself as she moved closer to her target. Since she hadn't caused any tension between her and Harrison he shouldn't expect her to assassinate him, even if he did he barley could defend himself and he was never that bright as she approached him she called out to him.

“Hey Harrison.” She said not receiving a response she creped closer growing suspicious of the possibility that this could be a trap. She tapped his shoulder when she got to him she looked into his eyes seeing the normally brown chocolate eyes a lifeless black and as she staired his eyes suddenly changed back.

Harrison not expecting someone to be in front of him looked shocked to see none other than his brothers girlfriend.

“Ah....um...Kathy was it.” Harrison asked with no wonder as why she was here.

“Yes it's Kathy i was hoping to have a word with you...alone.” Kathy responed with a slight smile.

“Oh do you know, so what does the lovely Kathy want with me?” Harrison questioned with a smirk as he leaned forward slightly as he did dwarf her.

“I'm sure it would be more appropriate to speak inside i presume this is your home?” She responded with a seductive tone gesturing to the house beside them.

“Very well then come on in Karin should be along soon so hope what you have to say doesn't take long.” Harrison replied as he turned his back heading to the front door.

This was too easy as she readied her fire spell to incinerate this Demonic fool and to think he is a prince of Hell how pathetic the Celestial will destroy these Demon filth once and for all.

“Ignis!” Kathy called suddenly as she propelled her self away the flames shooting towards Lucifer ready to incinerate him removing his presence from this plain of existence.

“Potenz über flüssig, Schauer des Arktisch und Dunst des Friedlich, auffahren die einige stehend in mein Weise!” Came the voice of Karin, a shield of water appearing in front of Lucifer dispating the massive inferno assault him unfortunately not completely as some of the flames reached his body.

“Master Lucifer, are you okay?” She asked as she appeared in front of him within the blink of an eye and returning to the form of Asmodeus, as she was stronger in this form.

“A little well done but okay, I figured something was up with her and thanks.” Lucifer said as flames dispersed from his body as he inhaled them.

“So you aren't as dumb as I thought a mistake that I will not make again.” Kathy replied as she readied for combat.

“Oh you wound me my dear, I could have been your everything and yet you just wanted me to be ashes.” Lucifer responded as he reverted to his demonic form.

“There goes what i thought on your intelligence.” Kathy responded.

“Oh well I'm sure Asmodeus can deal with your Celestial ass...nice ass though and decent tits can see what my brother sees in you.” Lucifer commented as he checked her out result in a slap from Asmodeus as this was not the time for those thoughts.

Asmodeus rushed forward as Kathy launched a torrent of flames against her what she couldn't eveade she intercepted with a shield of water. It was amazing the speed at she closed the gap, punches and kicks were exchanged, dodged and blocked between the two as they fought each imbuing themselves with the elemental magic they wielded for what they fought for the trading of blows began to wear at the defences of each yet Asmodeus was clearly beginning to falter even with the advantage of her Demonic form to the Human form of Kathy. A huge collision of magical energy caused a explosive discharge resulting in the air around them causing shock waves to be emitted from the collision of power, as the dust settled they both were still at it punches and kicks continued to be exchanged to a stalemate this showed as they traded blows that Asmodeus was on the losing side as her clothes started to burn slightly away and some of the flesh being singed yet she ignored the pain and kept fighting, Kathy was in no better state her dress was ripped all around her legs and pierced around her upper torso where a few of Asmodeus vine infused punched nearly penetrated they continued their onslaught against one another until they both broke away given them a little breathing room to evaluate on what their next course of action would be.

Lucifer could see the stress the battle was putting Asmodeus through as he watched something caught his attention Annie and her little friend were above watching the conflict. As the battle resumed Kathy launched a cascade of fire shot up from the earth with a blade of light was launched through it collided with Asmodeus piercing into her stomach causing Asmodeus to fall back sliding from the force of the blow until she stopped a foot or so in front of Lucifer.

As Asmodeus got her baring as she could feel the blade start to heat up she shrouded it in a water containment spell as she attempt to remove it.

“I won’t let you...hurt my master...” Asmodeus said determinedly, arising slowly but the blade in her was eating away at the flesh even with her water spell trying to counter act it, and the flames burned more of her clothes and singed her flesh, as she was about to get to her feet she collapsed back clenching that balde as she pulled it out. Kathy pointed her palms towards the demon girl readying her light magic to finish this conflict with the demon girl.

“Now.” Annie yelled from the above from where she was observing the battle, Lucifer hearing her moved into action moving towards Asmodeus reaching down to the blade absorbing it into his palm, causing Asmodeus to cringe as the blade was removed.

“Well this has gotten out of hand, you have had your rounds with her now you face me Celestial.” Lucifer stated readying for what ever she had.

“You. HA you can barley do anything as it is you wish your death swift then by all mean face me Demon spawn i will erase your existence in the name of the Creator.” Kathy taunted as Lucifer approached.

“I'm tired of being the one everyone uses a a punching bag I'm not the runt who needs to be saved all the time. I am a Demon prince and you will not forget that Celestial.” Lucifer said retaliation to Kathy,Lucifer looked over his shoulder to see Asmodeus as she was crouched attempting to repair the damage the blade had caused.

“Vox of lux lucis, temerarius meus lacuna quod adveho, adeo mihi quod of fendo meus hostilis!” Kathy called seen an oppurtunity to strike; a beam of emence light coming from her hands as Asmodeus began to stand up, clearly trying to get in front of Lucifer to shield him.

As Lucifer heard the incantation he turned to Asmodeus.

“ No Heroics now you need to live.” Lucifer said, shoving Asmodeus away form the beams trajectory, the beam cut clear through Lucifer’s core and hit Asmodeus’ right ear. She screamed as the beam passed through and quickly put her hands to cover the ear as she hit the ground. When she pulled her hand away it was covered in blood, her ear completely gone along with the base of it within her skull with part of her skin singed from the beams heat. Asmodeus starred at her blood covered hand in horror.

“So much for the Demon prince and his little Guardian.” Kathy said as she concluded this fight as over. From up above Annie continued to observe until she saw her chance, Annie’s eyes seemed to darken as she starred at Kathy, raising her hand above her head as her hair began to become a familiar pale purple and white wings ripped from her back.

“Restituo animus ut has been sic secus captus ex is vultus, reverto vox animus ut suus somes!” Annie cried out, Carina’s ‘body’ beginning to glow along with Kathy’s. Carina was pulled roughly towards the body and then into it by an unknown force, Annie’s hands falling back to her side. As Kathy’s eyes, which had closed during the process, opened, there was a different look in her eyes.

“It’ll take a while for the two souls to merge properly...until then Aneal’s memories will be locked away, but at least now she will no longer listen to the Creator of Celestial or Celest and instead will listen to Beelzebub.” Annie whispered to herself. Lucifer clearly didn't hear her this time as his eyes were blackened his breath short with the hole in him, he looked darkly at Kathy, Annie’s eyes widening as he stood there the hole in his body showing the flesh within the parts of the organs and flesh still not completely sealed from the beam but black and red armour began to cover Lucifer’s body sheltering the weakened state, and his leathery wings being pulled into his back forming the armour covering it, a black and silver helmet appearing on Lucifer’s head completely shrouding his face in darkness until he opened his eyes, the blood red rage in his eyes shining through as a black battle axe with a spike mace as the pommel, blood red edge of the axe which appeared in Lucifer’s hands.

“Lucifer’s true form...” Annie realised in horror in witnessing his transformation. She knew that Asmodeus dying would cause Lucifer to revert to his true form, but she hadn't thought that her losing an ear and being decently wounded would have the same effect on him but the wound he took would help with that. Kathy unable to react as Lucifer marched towards her the killing intent emanating from him could be felt clearly in the air.

“You die for the transgressions you have committed against I the true king of Hell may the pits accept you.” Lucifer bellowed as he moved to bring his axe down on her head splitting her in half.

“Levitas!” Annie called suddenly, a lightning bolt falling from the sky hitting Lucifer as his axe was only a few inches from Kathy’s head. He stopped himself immediately though he didn’t know of to what purpose he halted his execution of the one that nearly killed him, though Annie highly doubted her spell had actually effected him she was happy at his halt of Kathy’s death.

“...That has gotten old, it doesn’t do anything anymore... so why do you stop me can’t you see I’m in the middle of something here?Asmodeus just about lost her life and now Aneal is to get away with it unscarred!?” Lucifer yelled in his rage at Annie.

“A few things Lucifer. First, Aneal clearly was not in her right mind, and had a different soul in her body. Her true soul has been returned to the body, though the merging of the souls will take a bit. Second, yes she is to get away unscarred as it was not really her at all who tried to kill you or Asmodeus. Third, Asmodeus was supposed to die but you just completely messed up the timeline and everything, so thanks for making my life hell when I get it back. And finally, the base of Asmodeus’ ear was ripped out by the light, so if you don’t do something she’ll bleed to death anyway from all her injuries she sustained from her battle with Kathy.” Annie stated calmly.

“I have a few things to say as well but I’ll give you the short run. One; you have made my life a living hell as it is so get used to it and it ain’t that bad, second; I’ve seen the future and it ain’t that great so a little change is always good. Third; so how exactly she get her body back and how are you to get yours back?” Lucifer asked, Annie sighing.

“I used a spell to return her soul to her body...unfortunately my own magic won’t work on me. You’d better do something about Asmodeus by the way; she’s only got so much strength left to reoair what has been done at this point.” Annie warned.

“Oh crap...” Lucifer said, turning to Asmodeus muttering an incantation as he raised his hand Hell’s Fire arose from the earth engulfing her and repairing what damage had been done, and after a few moments it disappeared, her wounds healed.

As Lucifer was repairing Asmodeus's wounds Annie moved to Kathy and had the body teleported somewhere safe until the souls could regain control. Lucifer returned to Kathy to find her gone as he looked over at Annie.

“I will get revenge on that bitch mark my words Annie.” Lucifer claimed.

“You...saved me...Master Lucifer...” Asmodeus said as she slowly stood to her feet clenching her side sightly as the pain was still there.

“Of course I did were would I be without you guarding me?” Lucifer responded.

“Uh...how you feeling after that fight...?” He asked hesitantly.

“Um...it’s a bit hard to hear but...fine beyond that...Master Lucifer...” Asmodeus murmured softly, looking a little afraid of the demon prince’s true form.

“Oh yeah, you haven’t seen me like this before... a give me a minute to change back...now how do I change back again...?” Lucifer asked, Annie rolling her eyes.

“Reverto unus pro mihi ut suus occultus vultus.” She said calmly, her palm pointed at Lucifer. His form changed, the armour disappearing to make him look like the Lucifer before only the hole had been repaired by this true forms armor.

“There.” The pale purple haired girl said simply.

“Wait how the f**k did you do that... can I just say that to change back and forth?” Lucifer questioned.

“Return to hidden form would be ‘Zurückkommen mich meinem verborgen ausbilden’ to you...Return to your true form would be ‘Zurückkommen mich meinem wahrhaftig ausbilden’.” Annie told Lucifer simply.

“Why did you save me Master Lucifer?” Asmodeus asked, no longer fearful since he was in the form she knew, standing slowly.

“Oh well um...” Lucifer trailed off.

“Tell her the truth, she already knows about your ability to-” Annie began, only to be cut off by Asmodeus.

“I heard you say you could see the future...tell me why you saved me...” Asmodeus whispered.

“Oh, you heard all that...crap, oh well, I knew I had to tell you the truth eventually.” Lucifer said.

“Stop buying time and just state the full truth to her damn it! This is getting annoying and incredibly sad to watch.” Annie commanded coldly.

“Coming from the dead spirit with nobody who said not even death can make me escape the drama...” Lucifer stated.

“Stop. Bloody. Buying. Time. And. Admit. To. Asmodeus. The. Future!” Annie growled through clenched teeth.

“Ok, ok, ok, ok, I can see the future cause of Ananchel’s lightning from years of being shocked, I touch a clock when i have enough of a charge and boom I can see the future events that have yet to transpire or not at all.” Lucifer explained to Asmodeus as he helped her to her feet.

“Ok, so you saw my death...that doesn’t explain why you saved me when it is my job to die saving you.” Asmodeus pointed out.

“Well... I kind of liked what I saw in the future which is kind of why you...constantly slap me...” Lucifer trailed off not wanting to confess the truth to her.

“Oh bloody...that’s it.” Annie said, her body glowing as she walked into Lucifer’s body, which also glowed before his eyes became a sort of hazy brown.

“I...I...I...” Lucifer tried to say, Annie trying to control him but he, Lexi, Sean and Jeff fighting her for control.
“I...love you Asmodeus.” Annie said in Lucifer’s body before smirking inwardly and leaving the body
to Lucifer once more.

“Oh headache..., why are you staring at me like that?” Lucifer asked while blushing badly noticing the state of Asmodeus's clothing, Annie floating in front of him and waving with a large grin on her face despite Asmodeus being the one talked to.

“How the hell did you possess me Annie?” Lucifer asked the spirit.

“Ghost thing.” She stated simply.

“You were annoying me with the hesitation and dodging around the blunt truth.” The pale purple haired girl added.

“Well you had no right to possess me and make me say it... even though I probably wouldn’t have said it right away; I’ve always been horrible at stuff like this since everyone despises me and track record with women has been me being electrocuted or attempted to kill me.” Lucifer admitted.

“You would have been dancing around the blunt truth for hundreds to thousands of years to come and you know it Lucifer.” Annie pointed out as Asmodeus disappeared in a swarm of vines.

“Oh, and Asmodeus has decided to leave us.” She added.

“Yeah, I know that but...wait what?! She’s gone...oh great either I just pissed her off or something I don’t know.” Lucifer said as he wondered as to where she would go.

“Actually, more like she doesn’t know how to react. Years of hiding from her own feelings can cause that...trust me, I know first hand.” Annie explained as she hovered next to Lucifer.

“I’m sure you do...why does everything good that ever happens to me never last...” Lucifer said with a sigh.

“You’re going to kill your brother for this but...Asmodeus has had feelings for you since she met you.” Annie said after a moment of thought.

“Awesome wait why would I kill him other than the obvious reasons...she really did, she seemed more to not want to be anymore than my friend.” Lucifer pointed out as he looked back on all the time they had been together when they were younger.

“Because when she found out her feelings she went to Beelzebub to ask for permission to be with you when you two were older, he was already the temporary ruler of hell at this point you see...he was furious that such a lowly Demon would make such a request and an argument broke out...the argument turned to a fight, and soon Asmodeus was lying on the ground half dead with your brother back in the throne. He told her that you still had a chance at becoming something of use to his army of hell, but with a mate like her you’d never be excepted...he also said that things would never work out, so Asmodeus hide her feelings and pretended not to feel a thing...she was badly emotionally hurt, but wanted the best for you, even if she could not be happy with it...she cares about you more than a simple crush Lucifer, always has.” Annie informed him hesitantly, looking pitifully at where Asmodeus had been standing before disappearing.

“But I’d rather be with her and be happy then be on the throne...I can’t believe I just said that, must be true then.” Lucifer said, Annie nodding.

“She’ll probably be in Hell’s Garden...where you two met...go find her, Lucifer.” Annie said kindly.

“Well that’s odd that you know that... and thanks.” Lucifer admitted.

“I had a lot of free time before I met Dar.” Annie said with a shrug.

“Obviously death does give you a lot of free time!” Lucifer exclaimed before leaving in a torrent of flames.

~Hell’s Garden ~

Asmodeus sat in the middle of Hell’s Garden, looking conflicted and confused as she tried to sort out her thoughts and feelings. Lucifer appeared on the outer ring of the rose bushes looking around the corner he caught a glimpse of Asmodeus sitting by the White roses, he started to approach she didn't seem to notice.

“Hey, you alright?” Lucifer asked. Asmodeus jumped, turning to face Lucifer. The blood was still in her hair and her clothes still in tatters.

“Oh...I uh...yeah...I guess...” Asmodeus murmured hesitantly covering herself where she was showing some of her chest.

“You’re cute when you’re flustered.” Lucifer stated, causing Asmodeus to blush.

“I...I uh...well I...um...” Asmodeus stuttered.

“Yeah, I really meant what I said back there and I know you feel the same so please don’t leave.” Lucifer said quietly as he sat next to her putting his arm over her shoulder bringing her closer. Asmodeus blushed heavily but didn’t move away as she felt the warmth coming from him.

“It won’t...it’s not a good idea, Master Lucifer...” Asmodeus said hesitantly as she relaxed slightly looking into his eyes.

“So what, I haven’t had a good idea in millennia.” Lucifer pointed out as he looked to her.

“With me you’ll never be able to...” Asmodeus trailed off with tears forming in her eyes as the word she spoke dug into her heart.

“I know, but I can live with that, I’d rather be with you then be alone on the throne.” Lucifer stated, Asmodeus blushing more.

“I’m broken...the whole no ear thing... i can't protect you” Asmodeus pointed out slowly.

“I’m sorry I couldn’t save your ear but at least you’re alive and that’s what matters to me right now you're alive.” Lucifer said with a smile.

“But-” Asmodeus was cut off by a ticked off Annie who was watching this little soap opera walked calmly into her body from behind without Lucifer noticing. She moved Asmodeus forward to Lucifer before leaving her body. Asmodeus’s lips connected with Lucifer’s while Annie grinned proudly. Asmodeus was in shock for several seconds before pulling back quickly, blushing like a tomato.

“I-I’m so sorry Master Lucifer!” Asmodeus said, looking away but sounding desperate for forgiveness.

“Why you sorry for... I enjoyed it... and just call me Lucifer please...or do I have to order you to?” Lucifer said.

“But Ma...I mean...but I...I can’t just call you by name...that’d be against the rules of a guardian and servant...” Asmodeus explained hesitantly.

“Well, being royalty has its benefits so there’s nothing wrong with you calling me my name.” Lucifer stated.

“Actually Lucifer, if you look far enough back you’ll see that Asmodeus actually has royal blood as well. Very degraded royal blood, but still royal blood. However it was so long ago, by both demon and celestial standards, that you couldn’t possibly still be considered related.” Annie said suddenly, sitting atop a nearby burnt tree.

“Okay... well if she’s royalty then why if she was my mate I would never be on the throne? Also why do you even know this...?” Lucifer asked.

“Because Aneal is more powerful than Asmodeus, shown by the battle not twenty minutes ago, as Asmodeus was in her demon form while Aneal was human and Aneal still won. And I may look like a teenager, a child at the moment, but I am a lot older then you Lucifer.” Annie explained.

“Okay but aren’t demons and celestials not exactly to get along... I know I’ve tried and it only gets you shocked... and yeah, I know you’re a lot older...” Lucifer stated calmly.

“Normally they aren’t, but only the Creator seems to care anymore. Not even the Devil has a problem with your brother’s relationship as long as she’s powerful.” Annie explained.

“I know firsthand as he told me that before he left.” She added.

“Ok good to know, then do you happen to know the exact reason why he left other than the romantic endeavour... also, this is bullshit, how come he can and besides Asmodeus is a lot better than Aneal...” Lucifer said.

“No, I do not know why he left beyond the romantic endeavour your mother sent him on. And, being the Celestial Princess, I’m afraid I cannot agree with you about Asmodeus. You don’t agree either, do you Asmodeus?” Annie asked suddenly, looking straight at the demon girl.

“N-no...” Asmodeus stuttered, looking back at her. She looked confused and perhaps a little scared.

“What was that for...wait, you can see her now...?” Lucifer questioned. Asmodeus nodded.

“She can see me because I took over her body and because she has no real connection to Umbra.” Annie explained calmly.

“Ok now, this is who I have been talking to, I wasn’t just talking to myself...even though I do that anyways...” Lucifer stated.

“Annie.” Annie said simply, Asmodeus nodding again.

“Yeah well...ah...where were we again...?” Lucifer asked. Annie rolled her eyes and chuckled darkly.

“I’m afraid I must be leaving...have to make sure Aneal isn’t going to get herself killed...Asmodeus, the idea I planted in your head while I was controlling you...you should go through with it. See you.” Annie said, disappearing in a ripple of the air.

“Okay I’ve been trying to get rid of her for a while and she just leaves like that... oh well and what else did she say, I was blacked out around the end..” Lucifer grumbled.

“Annie was just suggesting that I teach you to fight...Lucifer.” Asmodeus explained, saying his name with an ever so slight smile.

“Well glad to see you’re saying my name but am I really that weak...?” Lucifer asked.

“You couldn’t beat a magic rabbit Lucifer.” Asmodeus said bluntly.

“I hate rabbits...well teach me then cause...well I obviously am that weak I need all the help I can get... why does it seem like I’m one of the most important people yet I’m useless?” Lucifer questioned.

“Because you are.” Came Annie’s voice from somewhere behind Lucifer, though she was not there when he looked.

“What the... I got to like...get some new headphones... helps with ghosts I say, makes it easier to ignore them... and i do more than you Annie.” Lucifer said calmly.

“Follow me.” Asmodeus said, standing up slowly clenching her side still.

“Hey you want some help there...?” Lucifer asked worriedly offering his shoulder.

“No.” Asmodeus said immediately standing up and engulfing herself in vines vanishing.

“Well she seems mad.” Lucifer said to himself as he surrounded hinself in flames heading home.
