I remember reading the book in 9th grade. It was okay. The movie scared me because I was so little when I watched it, so it gave me nightmares.

I'm glad I didn't see it when I was little - I'd probably have a serious fear of clowns today. o: The book still scares the hell out of me though. ^^

I thought the book kinda sucked compared to the movie. Then again, the ending of the movie royally sucked compared to everything that had built up to it...

I feel like they never capture the complexity of his characters in their movies - other than Dolores Claiborne and Misery, they've always lost the characterization...and I think that's what really makes Kings writing so good.
Books over movies almost every time.

Well that's certainly true. I gotta be honest and admit that IT is the only King novel I've actually read, though - and that was well after seeing the movie. I guess, once you form an attachment for one or the other, it's tough to budge.

Yeah, it is hard to adjust to one after knowing the other so well. ^^ I'm like that with Fahrenheit 451...love the movie, so-so on the book.

Watercolor in thirty minutes?
That's definitely talent.
Watercolor hates me, as does time.
This is really good. ^^

I got my finger stuck in a drain once. It wasn't a pleasant experience.
This picture is so amazing! I wish I had your skill.

I was two and my parents left me unattended for a moment, and I ran into the bathroom and got into the shower. I started playing a of "stick your finger in the shower drain hole, and then take it out". Well, unfortunately my finger got stuck in one of the holes and wouldn't come out. My parents freaked out, and after many attempts of trying to get it out, they finally had to call 911 and the firemen came to the house to try to get it off. They couldn't get it either, so they took me to the hospital and the nurse cut it off with a pair of fence wire cutters (They had to sedate me because I thought they were going to cut my finger off).
That was a lot of typing... Sorry.
Your welcome!
