Description

Paldean Tauros - a large herbivores native to Paldea. They're usually called the "Combat/Aqua/Blaze breed". These "breeds" are the result of an isolation that took place many thousands of years ago, splitting the Tauros population in half.

Aqua breed appeared due to speciation which happened after isolation. Due to the numerous lakes and rivers Aqua breed adapted to live in them, feeding on aquatic plants. They are the calmest of all Paldean Tauros, almost like their cousin, Miltank.

Blaze breed, found in the warm areas of western Paldea, they have sharp horns that, according to beliefs, can pierce even steel. They have a very interesting tail, which, unlike that of any other Tauros, is curled into the shape of a spring; the reason for this is unknown.

Combat breed, found mainly on the eastern side of Paldea, is the most aggressive, perhaps even more than Kantonian Tauros in Galar, often using its horns to fight with other members of herd.
