For 's contestI asked if I could participate even if I'm not a good artist but she didn't reply so I just did it anyways, I like these two..
Well, I guess I did it mostly for fun and to try new photoshop skills...
But I-I really hope she likes it ... she's too young but still hell better than me in that style I like the most ;A; *frustration*
Here I tried some weird style, and I re-designed Elixir's original outfit to make it look more goth lolita-like, I love those dresses

One of my fav's because you did what the contest asked for, redesign characters not just put a different outfit on them. And you took it further by making the characters your own in the amazing presentation and GORGEOUS drawing style

I personally think your talent is amazing. (God I wish I had Photoshop). I love how you did the hair of Elixer and the colors of Perkins. ^^ This must've takin' you a long time. I'm glad she loved it! xD

Though that shading technique is not different from the one I used on Gimp, just that this time I mixed different colours for shading, but I could do the same on Gimp, you know

I use the finger tool... that thing you use to mix colours together as if it was an oil painting...
It's in there, in Gimp
Just put different tones of colours together for the shades, no matter if it's messy; then use the finger tool and you get this effect!

Well, I am really glad you joined because this completely took me back! ahh dude, I must've passed your comment but the contest is free to all! Elixir looks GORGEOUS! The dress is so adorable and her hair is seriously well done! xD With such an innocent face and Perkins there over her, it pretty much represents the two! The chain is an amazing addition, adds such a dark tone to the two! I love it 8'D Pff photoshop skills, I think you did an amazing job on the background, the details and shading! Especially on Perkins
