MY FIRST EVER LUGIA OC?Inspired by my lovely friend: Takamatsu-kun ;3; for pulling me into doing Pokemon art!
So, this is Ava she is a 'shiny Lugia' I tweaked her colors a bit, more on the darker side of the pallet!
