Shijin 2/4This is my representation and an original artwork that i made for a cycle of 4 illustrations.
The theme is the guardians beasts of the cardinal points (or Shijin ) of Japanese Mithology.
Genbu the black turtle is the guardian of Nord and it symbolizes the Winter season.
