The dress took about 4hours to sew. I ended up sewing the crosses to the dress as buttons, and sewed button holes to the cloak so it's easy to attack and remove. Also, I wanted the dress to still look nice when I took the cloak off.
The dress is made out of red and black Stretch Sateen, which is 97% cotton and 3% spandex which gives it just the right amount of give so it fits really nice and very comfortable.

The Petticoat is red matte tulle, red netting, lining so I don't feel it on my legs, and an elastic waistband.

The belt is made out of the same costume pleather I used to make the corset. The cross and bullets I made out of wonderflex and spray painted silver. The box I made with pellon craft interfacing, and covered with silver costume pleather. I then used velcro so it could be easily open and shut. I loved having a box on my hip that I could use to carry important things like phone and money around the con.

I painted the soles of my boots red with acrylic, and was pleasently surprised that it worked out so well, and it took a total of 8 yrds of red cord for the shoelaces o.o.
