If they did make a Command and Conquer 4 there's only one major faction they haven't yet introduced using the theme of world powers. In the first Red Alert game, Einstein travels back in time to remove Hitler from existence, inadvertently causing a second world war between the US and a now imperial Soviet Union.
But what if Hitler came back?
I initially imagined Hitler as part of a zombie faction but that did seem a little cliche. Combining a somehow resurrected Hitler (or pretender using his alternative legacy) and the Cthulhu mythos might lead to some interesting ideas in real time strategy such as weaponized madness, fanatical cultists, gigantic eldritch horrors, and it's all technically alien artifacts involved so still TECHNICALLY science fiction like the rest of the series. Also now the tag line 'Erst Wieder Da' ('He is Back' in German) means two different things now...The Führer and Great Cthulhu!

At least severely messed-up-Cthulhu-Hitler was fun to photoshop XD

The excellent monster in the back is from concept art for Dishonored 2 from the visionary artist Piotr Jabłoński. If this upsets him I'll take it down. I'm leaving it in scraps anyway just in case.
