Meet Louis Cipher. He's an Animatronic lizard man that was built for a Megachurch situated near Volt City. In the church he was situated in a Garden of Eden scene where he would interact with visitors and members of the church. There were other animatronics in the scene but he was the only one with Artificial Intelligence.

How most guests would describe him as is very friendly and sociable. He would always find people to talk to so that he could alleviate his boredom being in such a large building. He also enjoys interacting with the kids that show up. Often being a better influence than their parents.

If there was one person that Louis didn't like it would be the pastor of the church. The pastor was your stereotypical Televangelist. Instead of teaching love, kindness and acceptance, he would instead try to achieve the world record on how many slurs he could fit into his sermons.

How Louis finally leaves is that when roaming around the church he finds a malfunctioning fog machine. When he warns the pastor about the newly discovered fire hazard the pastor just blows him off and ignores him. Louis, having enough, leaves the church and gets a job at an auto parts store. About a week later he decides to return to see if the pastor actually listens to him. When he arrives he gets his answer as he sees the church burning to the ground. After watching the inferno he turns around and heads back to his recently acquired apartment. Finally closing that chapter in his life, ready to start anew.
