Lately I haven't really done any art that I consider 'worthy' of being put up here but then lately I've hardly done any art anyway. I've been finding it very hard to get any sort of inspiration what with everything that's been going on at home and the like. Everything went on a complete freeze and then complete overload.

How do you deal with being told that a person so close to you only has a few weeks left to live? Needless to say I haven't been dealing with it well at all, everything kind of came crashing down around me. So I guess in a way this is kind of a vent picture, even though the character here is not mine.

This is Ian Dagget, =Naomi-Wiflath 's character from Avatar Saga (Not going to spill the beans about that yet), but you'd probably know him better as Ianthis . Anyway, in this story he's a very powerful type of soldier called a Battle General, sadly he gets injured and to continue his service... and actually survive, he has to become a Synthetic or more comonly known as a 'Synth'. This changes his outlook on life and pretty much everything, he becomes much more withdrawn in his emotions even though he was anyway. He finds it hard to cope and deal with the change and would have eventually killed himself if it wasn't for his friends.

I kind of realised I felt the same way as Dagget did, which is why he is the focus of this vent image.

Yeah the anatomy is probably terrible, and the colouring job is eye-burningly bad but I don't care. It felt like a good way to try and draw myself back into art.
