November 9th 1989: Soviet Forces landed in Seattle, taking local Military and National Guard units by surprise. U.S forces withdrew after an evacuation effort outside the Kingdome Stadium. The army retreated to the surburbs around the city with scattered forces heading South East toward Mt. Rainier while forces under Captain Mark Bannon head South West towards the coast to regroup at Pine Valley.
