Disclaimer: Do I need to explain that I'm NOT the artist of the arts/renders used in my cards? I hope I don't.-----
Whenever I make singleton cards that isn't meant to be indirect support to one of my other decks, I like to try out new twists in executing effects. The card you see here is one such example. Recruited Guards here is a decent mini-boss, and although her effect is novel in application, it's execution is unique. She gives other monsters you control a Fur Hire-like swarming effect, and after you unload your hand like that deck does, you can clear away monsters with ease.
Trivia: This is the second ever generic Synchro I ever made, and somewhat recently at that. I was on a singleton card making spree then, and I realized that I didn't have any generic Synchros, so this was among one of the first cards to fill that void.
