I'm really loving the way this is coming out. I'm guessing you will have a blue bg which will make the skin tone make more sense.

Are you coloring straight onto your line work, or is this a printed version you're coloring onto ? I've always wondered XD

Lovely coloring, as per usual. One thing that is irking me though, it looks like the pupils are a bit far apart. Makes him look a bit bug-eyed. At this point I don't think it would help much, but maybe you could try to correct it with the clone stamp in photoshop and push the iris over a bit? I'm not sure how big a help I'm being, but, I'm trying.

Looks lovely so far, and that shine on the hair is so pretty. I love the blue shading!
However, I would love to see you draw more characters with something other than that 'blank' expression they always have.

Hm,unfortunately,the only thing I have to pick on,is pretty irreversible. The pupils..are in my opinion,a bit too far apart. Or at least,it looks like they are,since the hair and shading is in between.
