*_* I always wanted to draw this.. for many many years...Why do both my OTPs give me excuses to abuse the sparkle tools?

I have always been a huge fan of Goku and Chichi, and it always killed me to see people butcher their relationship and the characters themselves. This pic really shows what Goku and Chichi feel for each other; you truely made my day with this picture, thank you!!!

Oh my gosh. Let me say that again. OH MY GOSH! This is so beautiful! I'm pretty much speechless on this. The coloring is so vibrant it looks like an oil painting. The image has such a beautfil atmospheric feeling all around. The way you put them in the middle to grab the viewer's attention just brings out the magic, loving feeling in the characters. I like how the blue and magenta colors merge in the sky, but I think the mergline shouldn't be too horizontal, more diagonal because when you look up into the sky, it wouldn't normally be perfectly straight. The clouds are probably a little too quiet, probably a little more may add more emphasis but just up to a point to where they don't distract the viewers from the characters. The nimbus cloud is nicely done and the way the trail fades in the far distance is really astonishing. The dolphins in the foreground add an extra touchup to the image to help the emphasis of magic - more or less the feeling Goku and Chichi both feel for each other. The water from below is definitely something. I like how you make it as if it's really moving, and that the sparkles are also seemingly moving gracefully. The stars in the sky peacfully shine in the sky as though to create a romantic evening for them. A few crits, if the light source is coming from behind, the shading on the front of the characters should be a lot more darker since the sun isn't extremely in their presence. The colors have been treated as if there is a good amount of light source on their left and their right. Also, along with the colors, I think the shine on them (including the dolphins) shouldn't necessarily be yellow because the only colors that are possible on them would be a pink color, for their hair, because if their hair is yellow, then the sun should be somewhere in the image. The shading on the left dolphin is a little bit flat and should be more rounder, and they should be wetter and more gel-like skin. Also, Chichi's flowing hair is I guess you could say a bit flat and motionless (mmm, not too bad because we know it's flowing freely) compared to Goku's. Strands should be present, and I guess more depth needs to be put into it. Wow, this took about 20 minutes to think for words and type when I should be doing my homework instead. I'm very impressed at this. Can't find many good DBZ images like this (gosh, I wish I saw the rest of DB, but it got boring after a while). I give you a high thumbs up for this!

thanks ^^ I use photoshop, and the sparkles are made with a brush I imported from the assorted brushes PS gives you. I'm working with a pretty old version too so there's probably more variety with newer versions.

I was thinking the same as lauraneato! When I saw it I started to hum "A Whole New Wrold"! They just look like Aladdin and Jasmine on Carpet! This is a beautiful scene! I've been working with the sparkle tool, but I haven't had any good results from it. ^^

I used photoshop to draw and colour everything. XD;; And as much as this resembles Aladdin, this is just a redraw of an actual scene in the show. ^^
