I really liked doing the last one so I figured why not draw a second. This is kind of meant to give an idea of rook's mental state after the accident that I explained in this glooman20.deviantart.com/art/P… piece. Rooks been beaten, betrayed, and broken by the person he respected, the person he always had hope in, a person he once called partner. Rook has been waiting and watching Ben for any and all openings, waiting for him to screw up, waiting to repay his old friend for what he did to him all those years ago so much so he's even joined a plumber subdivision entirely trained on taking down Ben 10.
