The bottom bit of it is too large. And yeah, like, he's being all sneaky and then these two big boils occur on his head and he goes and then reaches up and touch them and then it's all ! 8D!

well, no, if you look at the three "triangles" around the central point. The one below is more rounded on the top that the others and it is attached to the central disc, while it shouldn't. Also, you might spatiate the two top elements a bit more. Just one or two pixels more far apart
