Yang: Oh you make a great point. There's no reason you need to be scared. We won't hurt you, in fact...we're here to help you feel relaxed...

*I see what they are trying and again although they hit I'm was able use force of the blow to help get away, flipping back onto me feet I look at both girls and smirk (sorry I have take control of them alittle here.) and as try to press their assault I have to admit closed the gape quick but just as Yang and Makoto tried to combo punch me again their fists suddenly stop inches from me.*

Makato: What is this? *Tries to pull her fist back and aims a kick to the side of your head in one fluid motion*

*I see it coming but I'm not able to dodge in time thankfully their wasn't a lot of power behind cause she was caught off guard.* "Oh well that wasn't cool, hang on let me fix that." *I spread my power to stop their entire bodies from moving.*

*just when it seem I had won Yang somehow was able to fire off a shot which distracted me, causing me to release them. before I could react Makoto decked me in the face and I flew like missile across the arena hitting the wall...hard.*

*Yang and Makoto moved next to each other as Yang smirked at you* I admire your confidence, if nothing else. After we beat you we promise that we'll get you some soda or something as a constellation prize.
*Yang and Makoto charged forward as they dashed between each other as they aimed to move in and deliver a double punch to your gut*

"Gee isn't that nice." *at this point I'm pissed and know that I would have to get physical. As the two chicks rushed me I punch the ground cause a small shock that briefly throws them of balance, which gives me gives me time to deflect their punch and I go on the offense blocking punches and kicks while throw some of my own. "Now I'm getting serious, you two are holding me up and that stops now."

"Oh getting serious? Good, it was getting boring?" Yang said as she fired counter punches while blocking your own punches and kicks with Makoto pitching in.
"Holding you up? Going somewhere? How rude, you should focus on this battle~!" Makoto said playfully as she and Yang fired multiple strikes to counter yours and try to press the advantage. The two strong brawlers confident they could beat you in a slug-fest.

*I use my mind abilities to throw debris from the fight to block there shots before reaching out with my mind powers and once again grabbing Makoto and holding her in the air and bringing her closer to me.* "Oh I had hoped I could have just done this two both of you at once but I think this way is more fun."

*Yang punches through the debris as Makoto struggles against you, trying to throw a knee strike to your gut to get you to let her go*

"No No not again." *I use my powers to tighten my hold and Makoto so she can't move at all while also readying myself for Yang's on coming assault.*

*Yang hesitates momentarily as Makoto is placed in front of her, though she quickly adjusts. Using her shotgun shells to propel her up and over Makoto to land behind you as she aims a punch again to your back*

"And even if we considered that what reason would we have to believe you!?" Yang spat out, as she and Makoto struggled in place. Makoto tried to put her full power into breaking the hold while Yang began to channel her semblance as her hair began to flicker in flames.

"Because if it's one thing I REFUSE to do in life it's to go back on my word-unless there is a justifiable reason, like right now." *I ramp up my power to my limit tightening my hold on the girls till they started screaming.* "I told you not to struggle but did ou want to listen nooooo and now you will pay the price."

*Both girls scream in agony, but they refuse to give in and continue to struggle. Yang's semblance is set ablaze and Makoto channels all her strength as they trip to break the grip*

"By the end of this you gonna apologize for being mean to me." I then use my powers to light up my finger tips like Christmas tree light and they I start to strobe till it looks like an endless stream of colors running across my finger tips.* "Just take a nice long look at this and everything will be fine." *I hold my hand up till it's inches from both their faces.*

Ooooh~! I'll go for it then~! X3 I'll go for Sub and with my character Rokku (who also has his "transformation", Mega Man Neo. The transformation has a more deeper meaning if you know the Mega Man ZX series but with this form, think of a Power Ranger or something lol
Rokku also has Mega Man and Roll with him. He "fuses" with them to become Mega Man Neo and stuff lol Mega and Roll speak to Rokku telepathically and cannot be seen in the transformation as they are "merged" in a sense lol)

Okay, I have a few questions concerning this aspect to Rokku for this RP. And the RP direction in general. Curse my lack of knowledge on Mega Man lore!
One, are Mega Man and Roll just...fused into Rokku? Do they separate, or are they just voices in his head throughout stuck inside him? What effect do they have on him before they transform into Mega Man Neo?
And for this RP, is it gonna be like Blake/Yang RP where it becomes a romance story with hypnosis dropped or a hypno story where it is present more often (Though obviously not the only thing).

Okay, so Rokku has this device on his wrist. To fuse (or megamerge), Mega Man and Roll convert their bodies into program data and they enter the device. From there, Rokku is "synched" with Mega and Roll and thus his body is altered. He gets armor, an arm cannon (or commonly known as "Mega-Buster"), superhuman strength, agility, all that. Basically, they merge into a single being in a sense. Mega and Roll are give their power to Rokku, the host. Mega and Roll are inside that device, much like a digital program. They can speak aloud or, most commonly, speak in their heads so that the three can hear each other's thoughts (they tend to come up with strategies in battle).
Mega and Roll can fuse and separate at will and when they separate, Rokku's a normal human again.
Mega and Roll are just his companions who travel with them. They lend their powers to Rokku so they can fight with the power of unison (and friendship lol). They are his best buds of course.
In their merged state, Rokku is called by his hero persona, Mega Man Neo, or just Neo for short. There IS a RWBY character with a shortened name, Neo so he'll be referred to as Rokku all the way (I'll acknowledge when he's transformed like I did in my reply).
Also, do remember that Rokku is my OC based on the Mega Man ZX series. I basically have you a simple description of Megamerging (and even then, Rokku does an Alternate version of the fusion through artificial means lol)
And no, there won't be any romance or the like. This is an opportunity for a hypnosis more often kind of thing lol (though you should keep our RP scenarios between us... we spoke in Notes for a reason

Okay, I have just two more questions.
One, when Rokku is talking with Roll & Mega Man when they are inside him is he talking out loud seemingly to himself or it he just thinking loudly? Two, if Rokku gets hypnotized will Roll & Mega Man (If inside him) also get hypnotized?
And yeah, we can include Linne and whoever else you want for this. I'm not that knowledgeable of the Cross Tag Battle roster but I'll do my best

He starts shooting ice shards from his Buster, spreading out the blasts to hit his opponents but to also form shards from the ground to create a wall of some kind.
Mega: -We'll just have to use elemental weapons to subdue our opponents...!-

It's okay, it happens. Though I am wondering just how much stronger you think Mega Man characters are compared to Yang/Makoto and their series? I seem to get the impression you think Rokku in full Mega Man self would be too OP compared to RWBY and now BlazBlue. With him holding back here and also being "nerfed" in the other thing. Though I might be overthinking that one XD.

Oh, you are totally overthinking this here. lol Mega Man can't take on ANY of these guys (though he can take on Marvel characters like Onslaught...but that's only a Marvel vs Capcom thing lol). He's just a small robot and is the earliest (and first) Mega Man incarnation. His successor Mega Man X, can likely take on these guys (In Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite, X goes toe-to-toe with the likes of Dormammu, Ultron, Thanos, etc. Again, it's a video game). With Megamerging, Mega Man, alongside his sister, Roll, and the human host, Rokku, can have a better chance. He's as powerful as X.
Mega Man Neo is strong, but he's not strong against MegaMan.EXE and Star Force Mega Man lol
I'll explain really quick because I typed so much lol Mega Man Neo (my OC) is in the Mega Man ZX era (25XX), a series that takes place after Mega Man (200X-20XX), Mega Man X (21XX-22XX), and Mega Man Zero (22XX-23XX). There's another series called Mega Man Battle Network (20XX) and Mega Man Star Force (22XX). These two take place in a different universe/timeline. Long story short: MegaMan.EXE could destroy a planet and Star Force Mega Man can create black holes. XD That'd take too long to explain so I'll just leave it at that.
But talking "in-continuity" the strongest hero in Mega Man ZX is the titular hero, Mega Man ZX. Neo (Rokku) can't beat that hero and they're friends! lol
But to settle this once and for all, to see how strong Neo is, just compare him to Mega Man X. X'D
Anyway, back to the RP~!

Rokku (Neo): *snickers* Scared? Me? I've dealt with wannabe gods~! -Though... Her punch DID hurt... If I'm not careful, she can break my armor...! Hmm... Hey, guys, maybe I shouldn't fight these two...-

Rokku (Neo): -These guys aren't from my world...especially the chipmunk girl. I would just taunt them and kick their butts but... That blonde girl actually hurt me, and I think she's 100% human! If I take these two on, I won't be able to take them on... Or maybe I can take them on, but it won't be an easy fight... Remember that big red guy!? (Iron Tager) I almost DIED from him!-
Mega: -No kidding... I know we were just examining these fighters so we got a feel for how they operate before engaging in combat but we never got the chance to examine these two. They just so happen to find us... I don't wanna take any risks that could mean the end of us...-
Roll: -So, what are we going to do?-
Rokku (Neo): -If Shade were here, she'd make quick work of these two...- *his eyes widen* -Yeah, she really would! They wouldn't know that they died until it was too late!-
Mega: -I think you're giving Shade too much credit.-
Roll: -But her energy katana IS super strong! It can cut through practically anything!-
Rokku (Neo): -Including human flesh...- *shivers* -These two wouldn't stand a chance unless Shade puts her blade away, ahaha.... Anyway, I think I should yield...-
Roll: -You?! YIELDING?! That's so unlike you!-
Rokku (Neo): -I know! I know! But hey, I'm not 13 anymore! 13 year old me would've just rushed in head first! I can't fight the unknown. Besides, if I yield, these girls will chill out!-
Mega: -Well, try to stop them!-
With a nod, Rokku inhaled as he saw Makoto and Yang getting closer to him. With an exhale, his eyes suddenly widened as he started shouting and waving his arms in a panicked manner.
Rokku (Neo): I YIELD! I YIELD! I GIVE UP!!! QAQ

I mean, I don't think using crossover games should count as "legit" feats. Phoenix Wright, a regular lawyer, can beat Galactus in Marvel vs. Capcom XD. Though this at least I get the idea that he is equal to X.
Okay...any Mega Man being able to blow up a planet seems like a huge stretch. But I am no Mega Man fan so what do I know? XD. All I know it that sounds like DBZ stuff not Mega Man stuff.
Ah good, so Rokku has a buddy XD. Though this Mega Man continuity seems confusing with Rokku. Though I understand you are doing your best to explain it and appreciate it.
I guess my main point about this is that, well, I don't want the Mega Man verse overshadowing the RWBY, BlazeBlue or what not. Seeing things like "If Shade were here, she'd make quick work of these two...- *his eyes widen* -Yeah, she really would! They wouldn't know that they died until it was too late!-" kinda undermines them. A crossover should compliment the two dies, not flat out say one is stronger/better than the other. But anyone I'm just overthinking this, onto the RP!

Makoto and Yang had been prepared to strike but then they heard the words that they honestly thought they'd never get this early. Those of submission. While this caused Makoto to stop, given her natural hybrid agility, Yang was not so graceful as she was already moving towards Rokku.
Yang: Crap!
Unfortunately Yang could not stop her momentum as she would crash on top of him.

Okay just forget it. It's going to be difficult explaining everything without having a wall of text that in great detail explains everything.
I wasn't really using MVC3/MVCI as legit feats (remember, I DID say "it's a video game". What do you think that means? XD) and if I were then I can say with 95% certainty that any BlazBlue and Under Night character would destroy a RWBY character and ESPECIALLY a Mega Man character.
Enough of this feats stuff. I'm not here to be Death Battle. Lol I'm here for Hypno RP; something I rarely do. X'D
(And Rokku saying his friend would destroy them was him freaking out about his friend's strength. She actually COULD beat them undeniably....with her sword. That's like a lightsaber man. Without the sword would Shade potentially lose. But again, enough of that lol)

It's just in a crossover I don't like the idea of one side being presented as clear cut stronger than the other. "Logic" or not a good crossover should present all sides as equals, this is not like a Death Battle. Just feels you favor Mega Man to the degree that other characters come off as "jokes" and as such Rokku and others need to be "nerfed" to make it fair. And that rubs me the wrong way.

I get that, and that is on me. I wish I knew the lore to make the RPs better. Just when you go on about how powerful/badass the Mega Man characters are it feels like you are giving the RWBY and now BlazBlue characters no respect. A need to "nerf" the Mega Man cast to make it fair.
