so, naruto has always been a part of my life. grew up with it. i rmemeber me and my friends would always get a volume of JUMP every week and read naruto together HAHAHA and when i heard it was going to be an anime i shit my pants and watched it, and shit my pants again. been shitting since then. i read it and shit too.
I just.....had to draw them. sasuke and naruto. their relationship, ohgod, they've come so far...
they went 2 different paths but still so close. its unavoidable since they're rivals...and eachother's closest friend.
sasuke went with revenge, and along the way he got tainted with more hatred and blood.
he kills itachi, only to find out it was all a lie.
Naruto has always been Naruto. most fucking inspiring piece of atoms ever.
both of these guys were alone. one realized he's not anymore, one is blind of realizing it. i think it was never enough though, being needed nor revenge. what did they really wish for? i cant answer that without being more deep HAHAHAAHHAHA

Naruto is such a huge part of my life, man. My brother is eons older than me, so we live in different worlds, basically... but once a week we enter the same universe. If you ask either of us what day is the favorite, we will automatically say THURSDAY before you're even done talking because that's when the anime comes out. 3 years ago I stumbled across it and watched three episodes.. and fell in love permanently. A month later we moved to Korea and didn't have no place to live, so we just stayed in a friend's house for 11 days and didn't even go outside the whole time. For 11 days just eating and watching Naruto from 10 in the morning till midnight. I can't even remember those days very well. That's how awesome it was. Anyway it took us like a year to catch up in the anime. I don't read anything in the manga past where the anime is (so no spoilies thank you) but this is so creepy: just one hour ago i was reading the volume where Jiraiya said the exact words you just quoted!! freaky coincidence. Anyway I'm just going to quote what you said now because this is the exact way i feel. I really feel it.

The whole plot, especially between the two of them.. Godgodgodgodgod.. sometimes me and my bro will just talk for hours about all the stuff in the story that has perfect symmetry and goes around in a circle in our heads about their relationship and their lives.. oo..
I'm rambling so much because i've held it in for so long!! And AAAAHH THE FILLER SEASON ENDS TOMORROW I WANT TO THROW A PARTY SO BAD.
I'm a writer and without the epicness of Masahashi Kishimoto's master storyline I would have given up on writing and any form of art a long time ago.
