No, really, Patrick Seitz to me would be the perfect English Seifer. I mean, given Takehito Koyasu himself voices Seifer, why not have yet another Dio VA to complete the cycle?
And as much as I like Will Friedle, I really can't see him voice FF8 Seifer.
