Otis is a Spectacled Bear and the self proclaimed "Bandit King". The very definition of a brutish oaf who believes of pure brutish force to take whatever he wants, though can he occasionally come up with robbery schemes which...usually involves lots of needless violence and destruction. He has a hatred for Jasper and Zen. Jasper, whom always tends to show up at the worst possible time to ruin his plans. And Zen, whom Otis actually fears the bounty hunting monk's beatdowns.

His weapon of choice is a strange, mysterious, indestructible safe he had stumbled upon one day. Since he tried everything to open it with no avail, he decides maybe one day he'll break it open with enough; You guessed it!!! Brute force.
