This art doesn't represent any kind of shipping in my mind. Just business meeting for Celestia to strengthen relations (not THAT relations); Discord was invited for this and just watching now.
If I will imagine some sort 'shipping' with Discord, there would be Luna (with no hint of reciprocity from her side), not Celestia (which makes Discord boring every time).

The best part about this has to be your attention to detail. Everything in both character's thought bubbles is superbly thought out (no pun).

It's bad idea to combine complicated image with shading and color with flat bubbles, in my mind, but it was necessary, and I didn't find how to deal with it.

This is so. Lovely. The detail and drawing style go together like peanut butter and jelly. It's just the little things that pull this all together. How Celestia's wing is bent. The wings of Discords glass. The scales on his talons. Beautiful piece, really. I love this.
