Part of an upcoming commissioned project to illustrate a story. Our two police officers have been called to titusville to give a speech...but why is that city councilwoman dressing and acting like a bimbo? And who is this greasy fellow who seems to be in charge.He wants them to go have some pictures taken...oh well, what could a little flashbulb do?
