I have to agree with *king-kong , the horizon should be straightened out. But, other than that, the shot is gorgeous. The colours, the contrast. Everything is executed flawlessly.

Allthough im bored beyond hell and back of sunsets I like this one. Very cool contrasts. Would imho work better without the water.. much cleaner cut.
