I will almost certainly move this to scraps later, but here is something I unearthed today, from a while back.

This is sort of a caricature (though one with little exaggeration) of a singer who used to frequent my karaoke gigs at Hennessey's, in Carlsbad.

He would show up every week in the same wifebeater and jean shorts, his motorola razor (he insisted you know) dangling from his neck, and scream out renditions of 80's rock ballads. Bon Jovi's 'Bed of Roses', if I remember right, was his specialty.

He signed up for karaoke as Batman, and that was how I introduced him on the microphone. As far as I know, no one knows him by any other name.
