Some characters from a continuing storyline that a few of us are creating on the online rolaplaying forum UV [link] .

This is the "background" of another picture, showing off the large mecha which is mostly hidden behind the foreground otherwise.

The characters I used are Taz (inside the large mecha in the background). Senturo (soldier sitting on mecha's shoulder) which are the characters of "Barbannis" on UV.

This was all done from scratch (no scanning involved) on the computer using the graphical program GIMP under Linux Debian. Techniques are mostly traditional, only exception is the background which was done with a randomness filter. Total work time about six hours for this part of the image.
