Pearler can produce a fog of sort that allows him to fly and freeze his enemies in place, but what he's most proud of is ability to turn anyone into a pearl, so imagine the necklace that you're wearing are transformed people.

He's based off of the third game of Rite of Passage called Hide and Seek.
