Description Pokecard trade with *xMelodii For sending me lots of cards of awesome Hope you like it!

THIS GOT slightly more detailed than intended haha xD but I just had so much fun with it I couldnt get myself to stop!

On the bright side 8D I saved walkthrough files of this!


Drawn in photoshop on one layer, 2 hours and 50 mins. Used a custom made brush with opacitypressure and the normal hard round brush in photoshop.

Tried to challenge myself with using the same warm colors in the background as on the characters so values were a lot more important to get right. It was fun 8D

I really like this piece, the colors are warm, the scene is inviting. Your attention to detail is amazing. Though if I were to point out one thing that bothers me it would be the under-scales of the character on the left specifically towards the neck where head and neck attach. Concerning the center-line of the throat and the angle of the head, it kind of looks like the head was just placed there.

I'm especially fascinated by the short amount of time taken to do this and the use of only one layer! Bravo!
