You could do a tutorial of "How to do a tutorial and what to do it about".
THIS IS SO DAMN AWESUM.
I sometimes have serious problems with glowing things, but they're so much fun! this will make thing easier! <3

this method produces better effects (for me at least) then the ordinary photoshop outer glow method! thanks for sharing!
