Well here it is, the end result of the SEGA ALL STARS Project I started awhile ago. Thanks to Uni projects, I just had no free time to work on this image, but excuses aside here it is in all of its glory.
Before I name the characters, I would like to note that my character choices could have been better. originally I was going to have 2 characters for each series but that idea went out the window as I started to add more and more characters to the list. In the end it just turned into trying to make sure each series had at least one rep.
I know I missed some important ones like Legend of Oasis Dragon Force and of course the original Shinobi, so bring on the rage comments.

Might I assume the KapuKapu is that big orange thing making Welkin soil his pants? Also love the Alicia-Chao interaction, and the various ones save for my dad's old plaything, the F-14, which seems shoehorned in.

Might I suggest changing it so that, like the race car Alicia and Welkin are using as a chair, it's facing towards the "camera", in such a way that other characters would be able to sit/stand on the wings (if you blow it up to realistic scale, assuming you're willing to completely redo this, you could fit about half of the people in this pic on the wing of a full size F-14. I've seen one IRL, and it's no toy.)

Something simpler would be to change the plane's angle so it appears to be making a flyby on the rest of the characters. This also leaves the rest of the pic intact.

Unfortunately Chuck D. Head couldn't make it in time with for the reunion. He was stuck in traffic on the way here after defeating Max D.Cap in the underworld lol, but it would have been awesome if he could have been here
