Its not bad. I'm trying to get the clouds right as well for an art piece i'm doing. One thing that might help though is to have the cloud be white to transparent on the gradients instead of white to blue. Because the cllouds in FIM seem to blend in to the sky and if the sky ids a slightly different color then it might look weird.
