The warmth in this piece is tangible, not least thanks to that backlighting. It puts me in mind of a hot, tiresome day and the semblance of rest attained at its end. Splendid work.

The choice to opt for a simplistic background was definitely a good one, the single light source creates an excellent, ambient atmosphere, without drawing attention away from the subject. In addition to the well-depicted smoke trails, her hair is also pictured in a captivating manner, which complements her complex expression. A truly sensual and alluring portrait!
