Charizard would win pretty easily actually. While Greymon would be way more powerful, Charizard would be able to outspeed Greymon and get in several hits before Greymon could retaliate. That, and Charizard has the major advantage of flight, which practically makes this a no-brainer. Charizard wins.

Greymon has been shown being able to beat flying enemies. Even strong enough to resist speedy fighters on occasion. Charizard is nothing special, but hey, same can be said for Greymon.

If Greymon had to digivolve to his better forms to beat Charizard, wouldn't it be decided then which was stronger than the other? Besides, Digimon can't digivolve without the help from their tamers.

Charizard's actually got an advantage here if it can keep the distance. If Greymon gets a hold of it though, it's all over. Pretty balanced, this one.

charizard wins. Mainly because of seismic toss and dragon claw. If charizard takes to the skies than there is no way for greymon to get him. Good matchup though.

hm,this might be equal.xD
they are both quite powerful,but only thing i want to say if i would have to choose winner that would have to be greymon xD
but of course,on this one charizard could win too,since he can fly LOL
and is quite strong,but one thing i noticed pokemon have more natural elements,fire,water,grass etc.
while digimon have also natural attacks,but some have,let's see,rockets etc.
as i said i think greymon in small chances,but could maybe beat charizard with his nova flame,i mean charizard have just plain fire attack,while greymon haves attack,like huge fire ball that could kick out enemy into the air xD
just like greymon did to shelmon in episode 2 of digimon adventure lol
but since they both have fire attacks,i dunno....so this fight would be equal xDD
