Ah yes, the "first". I always loved the
idea of Greymon and Charizard fighting against each other. I'm not so sure why.
I really love the broken yin-yang in the background. It really adds to the "all-peace-is-destroyed" kind of effect.
I love the beginning of the flames coming out of Charizard's mouth.

It was the whole Charizard VS Greymon concept that sparked the question 'Which is better, Pokemon or Digimon?' in the first place. This inspired my DVP series as well. Originally, charizards flames were just like greymon's till I saw models of flamethrowers on the internet.

actually ONLY AND ONLY the English version is horrible, terrible...
like: in the 1st episode the English cut the part when Misty slapped Ash and they changed the AWESOME song that is played when Ho-Oh appears :-s

I wouldn't say that. Nearly all of the episodes (including all the Japanese ones) revolve like this:
1. Ash meets a new pokemon (mostly with a trainer).
2. Team Rocket (Just 2 characters and a Meowth) wants that pokemon (or Pikachu)
3. They use some kind of weird gadget or their pokemon to steal.
4. Ash whoops Team Rocket's butt.
5. Team Rocket never learn their lesson and whole bloody cycle starts all over again.

Other than some gym and tourney battles. That is honestly all there is to it.

Sorry about that earlier reply. Its just that so many digifans or geeks come to me, always saying that digimon will always beat pokemon because the are stronger, bigger, badder, BLAH BLAH BLAH, and I always have to explain these pictures to them over and over. Its getting tired and repetitive.

Oh crap was it because of that 'geek' remark. I'm terribly sorry for that. You know what, you're right. I shouldn't take those comments too seriously. In fact I should be happy that people are making these comments. It really shows that they are just as 'in' to the idea as me. Thank you so much for your concern and help. I feel much better.
