No, it's not really a Yoshi-Go-Round. The moving platforms all bob up and down, making the air space of this stage sporadic and complicated. Fighting on the main floor or roof of the carousel is a lot simpler, but when you need to get away, the middle's the way to go. Sky KOs don't work too well with the ceiling in the way, but side attacks still work just fine.
I was going to include conveyor belts to give the illusion of turning, but there was too much space between them and the moving platforms. Plus, you can't recover on conveyor belts, so!
