Another book cover that I did for famous russian scy-fi and fantasy writer Alex Orlovthis one is for the book - "the King's Hunting" "korolevskaya ohota" published and copyrighted by "EKSMO" (C)
layout composition of the characters is not mine....
Alex did the rough sketch himself.....

The only thing I can think of to critique at the moment is that little patch above the two smaller soldiers heads where the tree is. Your painting style is very loose naturally (which I love), but that patch seems loose even compared to the rest of the painting, and so becomes a distracting green square.
Personally that is the only thing I can think to quibble about, I really enjoy your use of color, the framing you used with the wall and how you have handled the lighting situation. Excellent work!

As the sci fi/fantansy nerd I am, this was an instant fav for me. I´m not even good at drawing, so I dunno if I should even write this, but I think that the background looks a bit simple when compared to the front(it´s still awesome looking though).Well that would be all ,and awesome job there ^^.
