I've had this sketch of Louie as a certain character from GI Joe (Snow Job) for a while now. Mainly did this after seeing his bio, mentioning be was quite the con artist. And Louie definitely has the brain of one. And posting this now is kinda appropriate with the episode "Louie's 11" being out a bit ago.I also got the title from a clip from the old GI Joe cartoon where he said that. I can't get that clip out of my head for some reason.
Now if you excuse me, I've got something else "Louie's 11" related coming up, and I'm waiting for "Astro Boyd" to air.
