While alive he had a wife and two kids, after his wife and children died of fever he remarried, Magnus believes in true love that a marriage is eternal and you only marry if you’re absolutely certain you want to spend the rest of your life with them. He opened his heart once more but his second wife cheated on him serving as a prostitute. Hence he served justice by ripping out the throats of prostitutes, rapists, cheaters, etc. he filed his teeth to sharp points bringing terror to people with them and his unnaturally bright icy blue eyes.
He joined the other Hessian soldiers in the Revolutionary War on the British side, his preferred method was to cut of the heads of American soldiers. After he himself was decapitated he was curse and his skull was used by a witch to bring him back to stroke vengeance on people.
Once summoned he served as a horse knight to his master falling in love with Astolfo although he was very confused why he liked Astolfo at first but soon realized he had been charmed by him
