Description
This is a design made in the video game Forza Motorsports 4.The car is a Nissan GT-R spec V
It's up on the in game storefront for all to enjoy, and it's free!
My gamertag is 'Viper F45'. Use it or 'Squeee Machine' to find it on the storefront.
I decided to use the design without the flower in the cutie mark.
I suppose I could upload both versions to the storefront if someone would like that.
Anyways, I hope you all enjoy it.

I'm working on applying this skin to a few other cars at the moment, hopefully you all will get a kick out of them as well.
I've put the design on a couple other cars as well.

Go to community > Storefront > Buy designs
Enter "FlutterStyle" into the manual keyword box by hitting x.
You can use Fluttershy too, and it will be near the top.

Wow! I must say, I am quite impressed with your work. I spent many hours in F3 designing and creating all kinds of cars. I know how much work goes into them. I have been on the fence with picking up a copy of 4. Now that I see the graphics though... I thnik I can wait a little longer. It almost looks a little too digital for my taste now. Ah well. Great work on the design.

But... but... the graphics are so awesome. This is the first Forza game I've purchased, so I can't really say if it's better than the previous, but it's a really fun game. This is my first time doing a project this big, and man was it a lot of work. So many hours.

Oh, man... In 3 (Don't know if it's the same) You had preset shapes with which to work, you had to morph each one to be the shape you wanted it to be, and man it could be a major pain in the ass! I'd spend hours on hours just trying to get proportions right... Used to piss me off, but was always worth it. The graphics in 3 were just smooth enough to look real, but just jagged enough to look like actual video. The new graphics look a little to cgi, and make the cars look a little cartooney to me...

The whole shape thing is that same in Forza 4. Took so long to get used to it. Once I got a hang of it, things went by quicker.
The finer vinyl details come out pix-elated to me. I would have liked to see higher quality when the vinyls gets put on the car, but that's ok (would degrade game performance). From afar you cant see it. That's my only gripe in the graphics department. I'm not too picky though. vinyls can be made in a vinyl editor screen where the vector shapes do not pix-elate. Which is nice for zooming in on a project and making very fine adjustments. you can use up to 1,000 shapes in a single group in the editor, before it ever hits the car. The top, left, and right sides are limited to 1,000 shapes though. Front and back is 500.

then it sounds like they kept everything exactly the same. Have you learned how to create half of an image, for example, a Batman symbol... or something else symetrical, and then mirroring the image to save time? I tell you, that was a trick I was glad to have figured out. I have a few of my old designs up on my facebook page if you want to check them out.. I had so many more, but my hard drive crashed last week, and I have lost, everything.

Yeah, what I do is save the half of the vinyl group. Then put it on one side of the car, and have the game copy it to the other side of the car. That's the only way I've found. unless there is a feature that I haven't stumbled across yet.
