Description
this is a type swap of Dragapult, instead of Dragon and ghost its dragon and water. This is a Pokemon you will find in the ocean regions of Pokemon Claw and Tooth. This evolutionary line hasn't become a ghost yet so it swims in the ocean. Stats would be the same except the speed and attack would be ramped up..but this only will happen in drakloak and dragapult, so get farming for exp. (overpowered? maybe..)Its Description would say how it lives in the ocean like its counterpart but hasn't become a ghost, the other too can be the same.
