This is Unstableverse!Fresh after his partial order. Which in the new version of Falling into a Different Destiny (FiaDD) he has been introduced. On a cliffhanger, but he's in there along with Underswap!01!Sans, who will be called Cyan.

After his partial order, Callow was given a SOUL. He's obviously very new to emotions and doesn't understand them. His legs and arms are really messed up too, covered in scars and marks. He has good and bad days with his injuries. Sometimes it is hard to walk or move them around. He sees Cyan and Erratum as family.
