I made this quick tutorial from one of the projects I am currently working on. It is intended as a way to paint swords that is not for a competition level, but mabey for a special character or elite unit in your army that you want to spend some more "love time" on.

*This time I painted mine blue, but with this technique you can use any colour you want; just remember to shade with pure black, and highlight with pure white.
-So for example if you wanted a purple sword you could use Naggaroth night in step II. mabey Xereus purple instead of caledor sky, and Genestealer purple for stage VI.

*It is made in high resolution so that you can download to see each step up close.

*I could think of a load of stuff to add on here, but decided in the end to keep it simple and straightforward, so just comment for any questions or advice, I will be happy to answer
