NUMBER FOUR?!?! WUHH??? Wow. Sorry for how lame this strip continues to be. Also the art on this one ain't all that good...>.>

This is actually picking up right where number three left off, so nevermind what I said about the pages not relating to each other...>.> Also, no chibis in this one (ohmigod). I've gotten a couple (and by a couple I mean literally two) requests to actually send this to RSL, so I decided I ought to get Neil a little bit more into character if I'm ever even going to THINK about sending it to him.

Sorry for the like...three different style changes...I didn't draw this in one sitting, and while I was in all different types of moods and...awake...ness...>.> I'm a little annoyed, because Javert doesn't look anything like he's supposed to in the book (he's not scary enough) and Neil has completely stopped looking anything like RSL....Gar. Panel 6 must DIE.
